Talking 2011 IPL Bumper Fitment on 2008 G37 Coupe

Hey Everyone,

Hope you're having an awesome day. I recently found an amazing deal on an IPL Bumper (OEM) for 799 CAD, and it is for a 2011 IPL. I am wondering if I will have any issues with fitment on my 2008 G37 Coupe.

If anyone knows, let me know! I'd love to put a deposit down on this beauty tomorrow so I can have it ready for my road trip back home!

Thanks!

there are no direct fitment issues. the only non issue you might come across is the shroud located underneath wont line up at all the bolt holes. speaking from experience, ive put IPL bumpers on my friends 08 S and on my 10' X. other than that itll look great.

What do you mean the shroud, you mean the little mesh at the bottom center? If it doesn't line up, I'm sure it could be fixed with a bit of professional drilling.

the shroud im talking about is the cover underneath the engine; the plastic lining that keeps debris from getting in to the engine compartment.

i wouldnt worry about the it though, get the bumper and youll be happy =)

A pretty sure you need to change the washer bottle too. I had to change mine when I did the swap. Forgot what year bumper I bought though.

Yeah if you want to run fog lights you will have to get the slim windshield washer tank.

Washer bottle with pump 289101NL0A
Right foglamp 261508993A
Left foglamp 261558993A
Bolts/nuts:
08911-1062G Quantity 4
08146-6165G Quantity 4

And if you want black bezels around the fogs instead of chrome, F22561A39A, F22571A39A.

if you use the fog lights you will need a slim windshield washer reservoir. if you don't use the headlights then it's a direct fit. I have a 2008 and it was a direct fit

Thanks everyone, I opted for the 2011 Sport Bumper instead. It flows much better with the look and theme of my car. You've all helped me a lot though, I can't thank you guys enough for the input!

There's actually a new weird thing I've been noticing, I ordered the foglight bezel from Nissan and got this:

Front

Back, Head-On
I also ordered these fog lights since the OEM ones are ridiculously overpriced ($600.00+ for two assemblies):
Amazon Amazon

I don't exactly see any screw holes on the back for the headlights to be screwed into. Do these attach clip on or something? There's nothing to screw onto in the back!

Fog bezels.

I recently did a bumper conversion on my 2010 coupe.
Any one know the model numbers for the fog bezels?
i have a 2012 sports bumper. Dealer wants 140 for passenger side and 175 for driver side.
