It's not cheaper if I have to keep taking antibiotics and creams for my college mistakes!
But yeah I've been getting similar responses from friends. Thanks for the brutal honesty though. You either have the car that you've always loved, or you don't.

I just bought an '08 G37S Journey premium sport with 49k on the odometer. Being that this is my first G and only had it for about a month, I am rather happy with it and think I did well with the purchase. Very clean car and taken care of. That being said, I have owned a '06 and '08 STi. Both lightly modded to stage 2+. I would love to have my '08 back and have a G on the side. Definitely two different rides. The STi is lighter and can be whipped around with neck wrenching performance. It's easily maintained, modded, and fun. Love the AWD aspect and was amazing in the winter. I will miss that. The G is heavier and you can feel it, but it rides like a Cadillac compared to the STi, very smooth. I like its cornering, but haven't pushed it to much yet as I am still learning the vehicle. It has a few more luxuries over the STi, which some I find nice and others not important. Both cars can sound amazing and seem to have a good support of vendors. I always called my STi my lego car as you can build it many ways with so many options. Overall, I think AWD would be beneficial to me, but this luxury slower pace car is a grown up version to me and might keep me out of trouble lol.....but that's me

Thanks, just trying to be part of the group lol.

From what I have read and from experience, BOTH are very solid cars with potential in slightly different paths. It boils down to where do you (OP) want to go with your vehicle. luxury sport or rally sport
