Windshield Washer Reservoir Removal?

Anyone know how to do remove the "Windshield Washer Reservoir" ?

Are there any step by step guides out there? I couldn't find it under search and don't see a video on youtube specifically for 2012 G37xS.

Thanks in advance.

Take off the front bumper. From there I believe there are 3 bolts you'll need to remove holding the reservoir in place. It's pretty straight forward once you're looking at it.

Are those bolts only accessible by removing the bumper?

Yes. the 3 bolts are in a way you cant get without removing bumper. i had to replace mine to get the slim bottle to put in fog lights. its pretty easy to do.

Why do you want to remove the bottle for?

It will be much easier to do with the bumper off. Pull the filler tube out from the top, there are 3 bolts holding the tank, detach electrical harness and your good.

I'm very skilled but still had to remove the bumper. You can really really try and do it with some crazy angles and a sore wrist but by the time you're done you could have had your bumper off and on already.

Yep, just remove the liner in the passenger's wheel well. One of the three bolts is a hair difficult to get to but otherwise it'll come out just fine that way. Suppose you could go in from the bottom as well via the bottom splash guards as saywat? said.

If you don’t mind me asking, where did you get the slim bottle from? I’m trying to install fog lights aswell and its not fitting properly.
