Ya. in pictures it looks more glossy than it is.
Its a brushed rose gold finish, so it looks less glossy than in the picture. I like the combo. But definitely, agree not everyone will agree with the combo.
This video helps show some of them minor detail you may not see as well in the pictures.

It's really not a big deal here, you like what you've done, you've got a G that's stuffed full of quality parts. You just wanted a change and you got one, and IMO no one has been going off the rails on you, just some opinions.
If you scroll through any pic thread on this site comments (positive and negative) are as much a part of the thread as the pics, it's just the way it works.
Would like to see those in person Gavin, I doubt pictures really do them justice, the pics w/ just the wheels (not yet on the car) look to be nicely finished. Good plan w/ the ceramic coating, should really make them much easier to detail.
