So my abs fuse was blown! Not sure if that is the complete solution, but it is a start to the solution. Now I'm trying to hunt down anyone that carries these stupid fuses. Nissan was out of the 10 amp fuses. I removed the one for the heated mirrors and moved it to the abs module.

 

Problem solved . Thanks for the help guys! The fuse was in the fuse box located between the fender and battery!
