I bought a G37 IPL 7speed last year and I have some work done to it. Gen 3 intake, tune, exhaust, HFC, and coils. But I'm looking to get a some power and go with a twin turbo kit. I have a daily (old jeep) and use the car every weekend for cruises, dates, etc and sometimes 1-2 times a week. I would lose to go FI but my main thing is reliability and potentially blowing it up, but I also have my old G35 coupe that I haven't sold yet.
So my main question is should I just stop being a bitch lol and FI the IPL or make the G35 a track/street car and just FBO the IPL and do small aesthetic mods
Iv also been considering selling the G35 and buying a beat 240sx kiouki and rebuilding from scratch w/ sr20

Depends on what you want and how much you want to spend. You could go SC and not build the trans, but going twin turbo will pretty much necessitate building the trans. As far as preference, TT will kick in a lot harder than a SC, just depends on whether you want that kick or the linear power climb of a SC.
Yea G35 is 6mt with HFC and exhaust it's pushing 175k miles so if I turbo and it blows I'll build it. All work would be done by me and my dad. We make a good combo I'm a mechanical engineer who designs motors, parts, R&D and he had a car he built featured on the cover of modified that pushed 1200hp.

This is me agreeing with responsibility.. BUT, if it were me looking to blow $6-10k , I'd pickup a Lexus SC300 and mate a large single turbo to the stock 2JZ motor. You can have an easy and reliable 500whp+ car without changing anything more than a head gasket and studs.. Plus, you wont be a 1 out of 1 million beater rusted 240 owner, those are so over played dude.
