i would imagine a lane change in one of those requires a guess and a prayer.

 

I hate the blindspot on my Miata if the top is up. I can't even back out of a parking spot without getting the sweats.

If the top is down however, there's no such thing as a blindspot

 

Thanks for the replies...Of course I always look around but in certain situations it is hard to know for sure if someone is there. I driver some rentals with it and it is really nice having that light on the mirror to let you know someone is there.
