Can someone help find the right part number (or name) for the part circled in green in the below pictures.

found it finally on Infiniti USA eStore

Do you have the circled part in your car? Can you take a look underneath

 

A few of these pieces were removed from the car for the 2010 facelift.

However, it's still present in the FSM for all the years.

I covered it and was hoping someone on the forums would look more into it on this thread (all part numbers and fasteners listed):

Are you still looking at these pieces? I just bought them yesterday (finally got around to it) and will be installing them soon. I can only imagine that the closer we get to a flat underbody the better it is for us in terms of aerodynamics.

 

Yes I bought the parts and installed it on my 2013 coupe. Don't know why they decided to remove it from 2010 onwards, cost cutting by Nissan maybe?
