I've got a 2008 G37s and am very interested in replacing some of the interior factory silver trim, with a semi/gloss/matte or even UD, if avail. Specifically want to replace door handle panel (interior) and the top of the shift **** (AT).

Nothing janky or faux..

Scroll to the lower sections of this link, they have 99 cent samples so you can get several types to see what looks best for you

Keep in mind you'll need more if you go w/ a weave pattern since you'll have to oppose the weaves in the various sections that you wrap.
