Jesus.. I think I bought a lemon
Just got this report back from the dealership. I keep finding stuff out that is wrong with this car. Feel like I wasted 28k, but that could be the pessimist in me...Most of it is being fixed under warranty, but the rest.. holy hell.

I don't think you bought a lemon, just a used car which needs maintenance. Leaking gaskets covered under warranty. Gaskets will leak over time. It happens. My camaro had practically every imaginable gasket leaking when I got rid of the car (valve covers, timing cover, rear main, oil pan, pinion seal, trans was starting to seep).
rear brakes $600! serpentine belt $260!! resurface front rotors $223!!! plus tax and shop fees!!!! those are some rich estimates. and a great way to blow your money, unless you don't care. i'd thank them for their efforts and have the work done by your trusted independent shop, or DIY.
how many miles on the car? transfer case seal should be warranty anyways. what did they do to determine the AWD fluid needed replacing - just a mileage check? it does seem they did a thorough check which is great, but the estimates are wildly out of line.
for instance, i bought a OE-equivalent serp. belt for $28 and paid $20 for install while having some exhaust work being done at an independent shop. paying dealer rates i would expect $40 + 1/2hr (@ say 130/hr) = ~$105+tx/fees.

Yeah not yet. Thankfully, got it back today. They fixed the transfer case leak, both valve cover gaskets, the turn signal bulbs, the sway bar link, and even the damn cup holder, free of charge. The only thing I absolutely need replaced now are the brakes, they are really bad. And the serpentine belt.
You did not buy a lemon, these are basic maintenance issues, What year and how many miles? Find a good indy mechanic, the prices you quoted seem really on the high side. This is a good car. Good luck and google or go to the regional sub-fourms and ask questions, good luck, bro.
how did you determine the estimate as indication of your vehicle being a lemon? seems like just regular wear and tear maintenance. brakes, belts, bulbs these are considered wear items and through use they do need to replaced as part of upkeep of the vehicle. if you are not happy taking it to a dealer then you can always take your vehicle to joe blow mechanic who may not be familiar with the product line or use oem parts and let them screw things up and turn it to a lemon for you.
I went through a Lemon which is how I ended up in the Q40.
As others have said, this isn't a lemon.. just needs some TLC.
A lemon is water leaking into your car for 9 months causing mold and a complete and systematic breakdown of the cars electronic systems which the dealership couldn't fix over the course of 49 straight days in the shop(Just my example).
