So I've been shopping for a CF trunk but for a new one is to steep for me and I've missed on a few chances on some in the classifieds. Now curious to see how my trunk would look with CF wrap with a gloss finish. I know a guy that would do it for a decent price but he's never done a trunk. Has anyone done this? If so what are your experiences so far and do you have any photos ? It would be much appreciated

 

just even thinking about wrapping a G trunk with some fake looking carbon fiber kinda gives me the chills you can tell the difference drastically between real carbon fiber and the vinyl lay out of it. solid honest recommendation is Outcast Garage - Trunks ive heard excellent fitting with no problems. i know the 3/4 are duckbill idk if youre into that , but theres a OEM carbon fiber one there too just sucks theres no actual pic of it, should ask them

 

i have a carbon trunk.. looks sexy as hell!! kinda wanna go back to stock look tho, cops dont like sexy....

i'll post pics when i have a chance to help you decide. I agree with the last post, spend the $$$ for it, don't wrap it carbon it looks obvious

 

I've seen some pretty good CF wrap. But it was just a thought. I've been shopping for some, I don't like the duckbill but I may change my mind because I haven't seen it in person only pics lol

 

I have a liquid platinum too and I'm curious to see how this would look
