Might be a long shot here, is your car in snow mode? The x have the snow mode switch by the shifter that slows down acceleration to help prevent slipping in snow.

Sounds like potentially a combination of issues. Best to have the dealer check it out.
Mine has no problem moving when I want it... But mine is a 5AT.
Have you tested it in manual mode to see if it still feels sluggish when revving?

Yes you can also take your car to the dealer and have them check it if it's been updated by the vin number mines a 2011 I believe 2013 should be fine not too sure on that tho might have to check with the dealer
