Now for my questions. I figured this would be better for those interested than one long post. I'm trying to compare the g37xs coupe and g37x coupe I'm getting very confused because I'm searching on here and some ppl say the xs has the sport options from the rwd S model and others are saying none of the awd models come with everything like the bbks. Anybody have a full list of the differences? Also I know it's the summer but has anyone else noticed that the prices have jumped on used g37s a few thousands of dollars? And do you guys think the g37xs would have a price drop in the winter or be consistent due to the awd feature?

 

the XS coupe has some of the functional S performance goodies, like the Akebono brakes. but XS coupes do not get the quicker steering, nor the staggered wheels.

 

Thanks. I've been trying to look the xs up but everytime I do it only shows me sedans or rwd s coupes. Do you know any site that has all of the differences between models of each year & which year did the xs begin I believe it wasn't the first year but I could be wrong

 

Umm...no.

The xS coupe has the same sport-tuned steering as the S. How do I know? Because I've had both the RWD and xS coupes. And infinitiusa.com also shows this info.

I found the features of both seperately on motor trend. I'm looking at 2011s and according to it I believe the x coupe with the sport package has everything the rwd sport coupe has. The only difference is the awd feature and it only comes in a manual. Can anyone verify this for me?

 

Whether sport package or not, the AWD coupe and sedan do not get the quicker steering ratio. All AWD sedans and coupes have the same steering to accomodate the AWD components up front. This is the case for all years.

When building an AWD coupe, the sport package is also available at $1,950. The sport package clearly states "Sport-tune steering" as one of the items in the package. And I can tell the difference when driving my xS coupe vs. when driving my RWD Journey coupe without the S package.
