My first car had wood trim and I liked it was very nice, but I have always preferred brushed aluminum or carbon fiber interior! Getting more excited as we get closer to Jan. 11 and the official unveiling.

Black wood, carbon fiber and brushed aluminum are all great choices.

Only place I'd want wood would be in a Bentley or something.

Here is some beautiful black wood interior:

Anyways - my own thoughts on the spy shots (since that's what we should be talking about here) : I was very very very excited for the coupe based on the production concepts that were out there. Now..I'm less excited. The front looks like a smashed version of the concept, but I could see that its just bad angles in this photo. I don't hate it, but I'm weary. The rear looks awesome - no qualms here. What I hate the most, and probably can't get past - that damn 3rd/rear window cut out. It looks horrible. That small part of the car ruins the entire thing for me (Especially in that bottom/last picture).

The window trim wrapped in gloss black vinyl will instantly fix your issue, no need tissue.

I agree. The back of the car looks great. The only thing starting to scare me now is how the front looks very narrow compared to the rear. The chrome molding on the fender, the door handles look high.

The car look like it has a good rake. I'd be thrilled with a big brake kit, hopefully a different front bumper for the S, so in the future the intercooler can be shown off. Overall I think it looks good. I'm not going to get one but from an outsider this would be a great car to mod.

Has nobody else noticed that the rear quarter windows of all Infiniti vehicles have had the signature kink for some time now? It's a distinctive design cue of the brand. I doubt it's going anywhere anytime soon.

It's a Crescent design that is apart of their core design language. It started on the qx60. A few things that all Infiniti will have will be a double wave hood, double arch grill and the distinct hawk eye shaped led headlights. Thats the how you can tell it's an Infiniti and its thier "thing".

I really hope not. I think i will keep my G37S for quite some time instead. How could anyone see this as an improvement to the current model?

Well we have only seen 3 pictures if a production car, half a dozen of a concept and 4 camouflaged pics. I hold judgement until its on the lot in the fall.

Here's a sh!tty photoshop I did a while back that blacks out all the chrome accents. I think the car looks way more aggressive and much better with blacked out trim.

wonder if they are going to change the name of the Q60 like they did with the Q30? LoL, more than likely not. I am not too surprised they decided to just make it the QX30 across the board with a S model for the sport. I was going to be too confusing for customers I think
