Considering buying this G37xS... need help please.
Sorry if this in in the wrong area... Newbie Alert!!!
I've looked at and driven this beauty:
2013 Infiniti G37 Coupe 2dr x AWD - Infiniti dealer in Spokane WA ? New and Used Infiniti dealership serving Spokane Valley Coeur d'Alene ID Pullman Yakima WA
It's pretty much everything I'm looking for and I love everything about it but the price
, especially considering it's not CPO.
NADA retail on it is $32,175. They took it in on trade a few months back for a QX80. NADA clean trade is $28,525 so I figured I would start negotiating up from there.
I'll see if I can get them to certify it, but if I can't I would like to get an Infinity extended warranty for additional peace of mind beyond the balance of the factory warranty.
So finally getting to the point here, I do have a few questions.
1. Any idea what a CPO from the dealer would be worth in $$ as a price adder? Sites like PureCar peg it around +/- $1400, but I wonder if they aren't in cahoots with their member dealers.
2. Does anyone know any Infinity dealers that sell discounted extended factory warranties? This may sound like a strange question, but I saw a source on a Toyota forum for an authorized factory dealer who sells just such Toyota warranties for substantially less than what I could find from around here.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Even at the listed sale price, I think it's still a decent price. My car was a 2011 xS coupe with all the options available (including the technology package, real maple wood trim, illuminated kick panels, etc), CPO, and 17k miles. I paid $34.5K back in early 2013. The dealership wouldn't take $500 off. I walked and they never called me back. I came back a week later to buy it.
If you could take some money off the listed sale price (even just $1K or something), I think it's a decent deal. Since the car has very low mileage, which is a plus, I assume it is in mint condition. If it's not, I'd rethink the price.

Thanks for the reply bassy... (btw where is the thanks button
)It is in mint condition to be sure... I drove it about two weeks ago and the guy has actually emailed me twice since to follow up, asking what he can do to earn the business. I've thanked him both times and let him know I am still interested. I have a guy coming by tomorrow to give me the $ for a truck I am selling that will pretty much pay for a new-used G. I do want to get all this CPO/warranty business all dialed in from my end before we hash out the numbers though. I would hate to miss out on this particular one, but there are quite a few others I have my eye on within a drive or short airplane ride.
In my short little research, I found a 2013 IPL coupe RWD with 7k miles for only 29k. I think the one you found, is rather over priced. However, prices I found are in VA, market may be drastically different by you.
Considering the mileage I think it's a decent deal. I just got a 2012 G37XS with 25k miles with all options except Tech package and rear spoiler for I think 29.7k. I traded in my 08 STI and just had to finance the difference which was just over 10k after taxes.
If they won't budge on price go for free services and extended warranty.
Those things are high mark-up items so the dealer has more room with those than money (and the GM doesn't have to mention them to the dealership owner!)...

Well I had an alert set for a price drop and two days ago I got an email notifying me it was selling for $29,995.
I'll spare you all the details but suffice it to say it's sitting safely in my garage as we speak.
Here is a pic from the dealer...

I'll post some of my own soon.

Infiniti Elite Protection Plans | Infinity Car Warranty Maintenance Plan (Scottsdale Infiniti)
Circle Infiniti Warranty NJ - Infiniti Elite Extended Protection Plans and Infiniti Elite Maintenance Vehicle Service Plans, Warranty Information (Circle Infiniti)
Infiniti of Nashua Dealer | Manchester Nashua New Used Car New Hampshire (Nashua Infiniti)
That could have changed by now, but they should be a good start
These used to be the big three for Elite warranty sales:
