2011 G37S GMT vs. 2014 Q60S 6MT

The lease on my 2011 G37S 6MT is coming to a close and I am considering leasing 2014 Q60S 6MT. My question is, apart from the name, what has changed in the car since the 2011 MY?

I don't believe anything else has changed since 2011. Everything should still be the same except for the badging. The navigation will be updated with 2014 updates to new roads, routes, etc.
