Ya thanks NBE appreciate all the info guys, did some research definitely going to go with berk hfc, just have to decide on the rest, so far it's between Fi, magnaflow, Tanabe
What were the issues with the ark?. I think I'm going to try to get the parts from a supplier here can't be bothered with the long distance shipping rather a shop take care of the order, more experience.

No prob, I had them shipped to me, I also have the ARK grip exhaust. I did it at my one buddies shop on his hoist, I don't recommend the Ark system just because its been nothing but grief. Plus because im not in the states they really don't give a dam about resolving the issue, shipping seems to be a costly thing but it was ok for me to pay it....wtf. Definitely go with the Berk HFC's, you wont regret it. I have a 09 37S , other then that with the exhaust its just old school trickery.
