Carfanatic Intro : G37x Coupe 09

Hi Everyone,

First off i`d like to thank everyone for their support and patience for answer some of my silly questions that I had In the beginning of my ownership of this vehicle. The first day I got my coupe I was overwhelmed with the technology packed in this vehicle not to mention the famous Infiniti exhaust note. However since I had the x model the front bumper would always irritate me, it seemed as If the front end of the car was for someone in there 60`s, anyhow I decided to keep to my word that NO I will not put any money into this car because it`s perfect and then it HAPPENED. I was on my way to work and a lady T-boned me and + taking out the paint from my front bumper…. .

Leaving me with no choice but to drop a sports bumper on it… Now I had my paint and body guy fix the car to brand new but I still noticed that the fogs were empty and I had that silly YELLOW DRL light for my fogs that are integrated in my headlights.

So after a lot of reading and imagining I decided to take my car apart and when I say apart I mean it…. Took off front bumper removed headlight upgraded all the light including parking etc…. and D2S bulbs with 6000K.
Then I got the feeling my dash was missing something … Something that the people driving a real S had that I didn`t  Paddle shifters. So a member here found me some selling on ebay. I purchased them right away and installed them without having to remove my airbag: D.

Now I decided I wanted a Front lip … WOW expensive, but I managed to find a deal in the states for what I believe to be a reasonable non-bubbly Lip.

Problem caused by upgrades:
-Upgraded Exhaust and Intake, However one of my intakes were loose and cause my car to go into LIMP mode 2-3 Times while I was supposed to be on a romantic getaway. Clearly I was worried about getting home because my CAR IS RANDOMLY TURNING OFF. Finally I make it home grab a screw driver and tighten the gap and PERFECTION.
-ECU TCM Upgrade: Made some friends at the infiniti dealer and the guys hooked me of with the upgrade it solved all my transmission issues including random idle drop and hard shifting … etc.. you know stupid 7A/T problems.
-Reverse Lights were simple to actually install and interior lights 

Wheels:
Vossen CV1 Matte Graphite 20" 9.5 Front 10.5 Rear
Falken FK453 Azinis 245/30/20 Front
285/25/20 Rear

Thanks everyone !!!!!

I'd love to lower it but just don't know where to start . The X coupe is really complicated in terms of lowering

You might contact these guys, as you can see the Eibach has AWD coupe specific springs available. The BC coilovers have been hit or miss regarding noise issues.
Your one stop online shop for the best prices on Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai Chevrolet, parts: AMSOIL, R2C Intakes, ARK, Invidia, BC Racing, Hotchkis, Tein, Greddy, MBRP Exhaust, Hawk, Project MU, StopTech, Mishimoto, AEM, Injen:Nissan, Infiniti, Chevr
Also most of teh on site vendors in the suspension folder should be able to locate the springs or coilovers you want~

Here's a AWD coilover thread that should help, and keep in mind, if the coilovers fit the AWD sedan they'll also work for the coupe and visa versa.
A good coilover option would be the Fortune 500s, they're new but have gotten some good initial reviews.

Haven't seen pics of your G in a while, looking nice!
