2011 vs 2012 G37x Coupe

Hi everyone!

My fiancee and I are currently looking into getting a pre-owned G37x coupe. I'm fairly new to Infiniti and haven't been able to find anything online that talks about the specific differences between the 2011 and 2012 models. I'm pretty sure there aren't any major differences, but is it worth spending a few extra thousand on the 2012 model?

For reference, a 2012 is listed at $37,000 CAD while a 2011 is listed at $34,000 CAD. I know both of these prices are high - the Canadian Black Book says both the 2011 and 2012 coupes with the premium package are worth about $32,000 CAD. Whichever one I go with, hopefully I can talk them down a bit!

Thanks!

If both the 2011 and 2012 are equipped with the same packages then there is no difference between the two cars. As far as being worth it for a newer model, that is up to you. Newer model means warranty is valid longer and typically newer models have less miles.

The only differences could be with what packages are added to the vehicles. Other then that, they are the exact same car.

Somewhere in the 2012 model run the music box was removed. Some 12’s have it and others do not.

If you can get a newer car, why not?
