How Often Do You Fill Up?
Depends on what I'm doing. With what I do right now...
Commuting season? Fill up about every 6 days w/ about 425 miles on tank. (a good bit of highway driving without much traffic)
Around town/summer and winter season? Fill up about every 3 weeks w/ about 260 miles on tank. (mostly city driving & boulevard cruising, idling, car can sit for a couple days at a time)
I usually fill up about the same time the low fuel light comes on, so I put in about 17.5 gallons. Last fill-up was about $70.
To the OP... I'd say you fill up less often than most

I usually fill up weekly.
Strongly advise you don't let your tank go below 1/4 no matter how often this makes it. Reason being that the fuel in your tank is the cooling medium for your fuel pump. You don't want your fuel pump to overheat & die a premature death. Parts are high enough, but oh the labor!

I usually average 20-21 mpg. 75% of the time I fill up when I'm under a quarter tank left. I hate how the light comes on early and underestimates miles until empty, it gives me a mini heart attack every time I drive and see the three dashed lines lol. But then I go to the gas station to find out I still have like 3 gallons left. Fail.
30.1 mpg is excellent. I was able to hit 29.9 once on a trip between San Diego and OC. I was bummed that I could not hit 30. I think I need a much longer trip on open roads to go higher. In my 2004 G, I hit 34mpg between Dallas and El Paso en route back to San Diego. That was extremely flat terrain and probably as optimal as one could get for a cruise control situation at 78mph.
It's the stop and go traffic where our cars seem to get abysmal mileage.

I think J solo cheated with that pic! LoL
If you fill up (which must have just happend...490mi to empty) and head out on the highway first the computer calculates high. So he has only gone 67.2 miles in that pic at almost 80 mph...would like to see where it sits at 150 miles at that speed! LoL

^^Busted! That mileage was on a trip back from denver to chicago. I believe it was after a fill up on the CO side of the interstate heading east. 70 miles is still a reasonable sample size.
Here's the rest of the fuel ups from that trip. The numbers were quite impressive.
Combined average - 2948.1 miles, 106.324 gal, 27.728 MPG
Date---location---trip distance---gallons---$/gal----total---MPG
