Consult Scan Tool
I have a Consult VI scan tool for sale. I cannot list it in the classifieds for whatever reason.

Make offers I have no use for it now...cost me over $1000. Only used it 3-4 times.
Consult VI OEM SPI model...not cheap chinese crap.
Guaranteed works I have used it myself, but the software does require original working windows XP. I could not get the software to run in win 7 at all not even in xp mode.
Software does include nats and programming capability, but I did not use or test either function.
