Hey everyone, I put my first decal on, its the "myg37.com" one. Its placed on the driver side back passenger window. I want to put another decal from either tanabe or stillen on the back end of the driver side ipl skirt. And maybe one more on the opposite side. Rice?!

 

I have 2 stickers on my trunk, one is the 3% sticker, and the other is the "blue line" sticker (actually a magnet) I refuse to put the name of a company on my car without them paying me for the advertisement...

 

Exterior decals of companies who are not sponsoring you or that you are required to display for some good reason is rice. Exceptions are decals that are integral to the part as it's purchased, such as the Volk Racing decals that come on the TE37 wheels for example. Decals of companies whose parts are not even on your car is uber rice.

Valid point. So even to just represent the companies youve purchased from is rice. Yikes. I wont turn my G into a civic then. Haha

 

Like I said, that's just my opinion. Most will likely disagree with me. Lots of people love to slap decals on their car.

 

I wont put a sticker on any of my cars, UNLESS, that company is going to pay me to advertise for them.

 

I'm not going to spend 20, 30, 40, 50k on a car and put ANY sticker on it.

 

On both side rear windows;

 

why put a tanabe sticker if they are not paying you? did they give you tanabe parts for free?
what is the reason for putting the sticker?to showoff that you have a mod?

its all rice IMO, all stickers unless of course its like BB said, volks stickers on original te37 wheels (not replicas), that does not make it ok to have volks stickers on other areas of the car

 

^^ to be honest yea, it is to kinda show off but within a certain degree, 2 decals the most. I've seen some of G owners with decals on their rides when I search google. Then I thought to myself it doesnt look that bad just as long as you don't go overboard.

 

Only sticker i have is for my College Parking. Is that acceptable or considered Rice?
