So i got this car today. About that chrome trim, they sanded the whole trim, giving it a matte texture which didn't feel bad. they also fixed that center console leather mark.
Now the problem here is, This car is really base-base model. No blutooth, auto telescoping steering wheel, no heated seats, no backing camera, no sunroof etc. I also felt that the car is relatively stiffer on the highway. not complaining about sportiness of this car, I am just not use to it.
SO i called offleaseonly and told them if they can give me my other option "a 2012 sedan" which is +2000$. they will change it for that car which i feel is giving me more features for just 2000$ more.
here it is Silver Sedan

As for the Carfax - i know a couple people who own car dealerships and they have all told me that the carfax report is worth as much as the paper its printed on. If the accident is never reported (person runs off the road and hits a tree and has someone tow it to a shop)- carfax will never show that accident especially if insurance isnt involved.
There is a place in Cleveland, OH that always has cheaper cars that are luxury brands. i went and looked at a 2010 Special Edition sedan with the red interior and loved it - until i ran my hand all the way around the car and i got to the driver rear quarter panel and the paint was all rough - stepped back - and could definately tell it had been painted/repaired - but the carfax showed a "clean" / 1 owner record with no accidents - obvously not the case. The dealer simply said "oh we can buff that out" - no thanks - if the repair wasnt done right the first time it only means there will be more paint problems later down the road. Then when i researched some of thier other cars - most had an accident on the carfax. Make sure you have an experienced mechanice look over the car even it the carfax is clean.
That interior on that coupe looks really beat up - mine has more miles and doesnt have nearly as many scratches. I'd look for a different car. I've always learned its better to step back and wait it out for the car that is exactly what you are looking for - You'll be a lot happier for a lot longer.
Last thing i noticed with that dealer - first 5 infinti G cars i pulled up - 4 of them have accidents - 1 had a 'clean' carfax - i would run away from that dealership - looks exactly like the one here in Ohio.
BBB - has a good number of complaints - the first one is someone who bought a clean carfax - turned out car had major damage and wasnt repair correctly.
