Just got this in today. It's a momentary switch that's lighted independently.




The light will be on when my radar detector is on and will blink when an alert is detected. Pressing the button will mute my radar. I wanted to go for a semi OEM look. What do you guys think?

Yes I did! I Was also thinking about maybe installing a switch that can also control a laser jammer. I have only had the car for less than 2 weeks and once this weekend is over I will be done with all mods I wanted to do other than blacking out the grill.


A little off topic but...
This is depressing. I always thought the G community was pretty big on modifications and adding stuff to the car. I don't care for huge performance mods and crazy asthetic mods. I like to keep the car looking as close to OEM as possible.

I had an Audi A6 before the IPL and the modding community was pretty big.
When I was looking for the car it was either this, a S5, and a C63AMG. Now it seems like the C63 and S5 communities have gotten way bigger and I see a lot of people viewing on this site but not nearly as many posts. Am I looking in the wrong section?

 

Don't look in the vert section then, it's pretty quiet in there.

Can't speak for anyone but myself, but I don't post much since nothing is really wrong or being upgraded to my car. Only mods on my vert are splash guards, wind deflector, and new tire. Hardly worth posting about.

My only mods will be window tint, clear bra and changing out all the int lighting for brighter blubs
