Anyone cross shop the g37x with the evo?

Truth is I like luxury,performance & looks.
All cars are a compromise, in one way or another.
Luxury was dull & to many around, I liked it when the 1st week it came out I grabbed one.
It broke necks for about 6 months, til they started popping up everywhere.
One thing about evos the word "common" is never the problem.
Also evo frame is a very solid, someone clipped a guardrail at 120.
He didn't even have a scratch, so I'll vouch for the crash test part.

My wife drive ours most of the time so it is "howdy officer" red w/ chrome wheels; at least that is a relatively uncommon color...

I totally get that the Evo needs to skimp corners somewhere to get the performance it has. I guess at this point in my life, my preferences have changed greatly. In my late teens and early 20s, I could have cared less about the interior and would have given up any luxuries for that raw Evo power. I feel so old now and somewhere down the road things changed.
Other things that drew me away from the Evo was that I knew I would mod it and didn't want to go down that route again after my last few cars. Also, my insurance quotes were like $75-$100 more PER MONTH. That's just looney. Guess that is a small price to pay for performance.
