Why there is no NISMO exhaust for the G37S?

i think IPL is Nismo just rebranded for Nissan's up-scale infiniti brand, hence infiniti performance line, or ie Nismo,

The IPL exhaust is 12" longer but yes it's the same exhaust. H pipe is identical. I took a Nismo exhaust and welded 12" extension pipes between the flange and the resonators. Sounds great paired with resonated axleback

P.S. guys I put the Nismo axleback on. A weight gainer but almost completely eliminated my rasp I feel classy like I bought a 500HP hp car off the showroom floor not some poorly put together racecar. Tips are way wider but the length was about the same at least not noticeable. The stock exhaust was also recessed about an inch into the diffuser also
