Maybe buying a G37s...Convince me.
I've been driven 335i and 328i and the luxury interior of th G37s hands down, beat BMW "luxury" interior by a mile. The steering on BMW is too smooth for a sport car, you don't feel anything at all. The handling is also nothing compare to the g37. Also, don't forget about reliability. Plenty of 335i and 328i having problems with electrical issue, engine issue when they are under 60k. Dont believe me? go check it on BIMMERPOST | BMW Forum, BMW News and BMW Blog

. BMW easily blows the G out of the water in this area. And as for interior, the G has a more classy/advanced look. But looks is all it has, the interior rattles and the seats bubble. You're new and your car is bought modded so I assume it probably has some kind of handling upgrades done to it. But if you browse around the forum some more, you will see many complain about the cheap plastic rattles here and there along with seat issues. The G however does offer good reliability as most Japanese cars do.
You cannot compared BMW handling to G handling

I wonder how the new 4 series coupes are .... my wife has made it clear that when it's time to replace her 08 G37 Coupe she wants another coupe and doesn't want to give up performance either. That shortens the list quite a bit and I don't want Audi (well I would but don't want the headaches). Still a few years away so we'll see what the new coupe entails.

Also, BMW interior is generally low-quality as well. They have their own leather problems, problems with button lettering peeling off, cheap trim that's easily scratched. You're making it seem like BMW ****s all over the G37 and has far superior interior quality, when in reality the G37 is only has slightly more problems.
Don't get me wrong either, I work on and drive both brands fairly regularly. If BMW didn't have reliability problems I might've got a 335i instead. Next car is definitely an E92 M3 or GT-R.
BMW 3 series has rust issues under the seat on brand new car.. check out these thread

328i is reasonably reliable (unlike 335). But as pointed out no comparison on performance. One advantage if you are into coupes ... the Bimmers have decent rear seats, G37/Q50 coupe - not so much.
Also run flats on the BMW are a pain.

I say the choice between the two cars comes down to your priorities. I'll admit the BMW is the more refined car, and if we're comparing the 328 to the G37S, you will undoubtedly get more performance out of the Infiniti.
I can't tell you what car to buy, that comes down to your preference. If you haven't driven them both, make sure you do. I cross-shopped my G37 with a variety of other cars, and at the end of the day I liked the mix between value, performance, style, and fun more than its competitors.

Blows the G out of the water? You do realize the G37S is ranked exactly on par with by most reputable sources and usually pulls the exact same skidpad numbers. We're talking about the S btw. The G37 handles well and gives good feedback. Basing your opinions on some random members complaining about it is not a reputable source.

Having driven a 335i and X5, I have not experienced seat belt extension rattles, bubbling and highly creased seats, and dashboard rattles all in under 5000miles. In fact, the 335i doesn't even have any noticeable wear and tear on the seats like the G. Don't get me wrong, I love my G, these easily avoidable issues just bug me
