A/C not working properly

Hey guys, new to this forum, I searched almost everywhere for this question but to no luck, no answer. I recently got an aftermarket alarm for my 2011 G37 Coupe Journey, and everything works fine and all EXCEPT the fact that when i adjust the temperature **** up past 61 it starts heating up like it got set to 80 degrees. I live in Florida so, I don't think it should be heating up so quick, related to the issue is when I turn off the a/c and turn it back on it starts blowing at my feet and takes in fresh air as if it were set to default with those modes for some reason. Anyone ever experience anything like this? Should I just take it to the dealer?

Did you install the alarm yourself?

Actually, it doesn't really matter because if you did you probably need the dealer to help you figure out what you messed up, and if you didn't you most likely won't want to take it back to the monkeys who screwed it up for you...

Id check the air tube that goes to the sensor. They probably had the lower dash off, and forgot to reconnect it (or the sensor itself). Should be behind a small grating on the lower right hand side of the dash under the steering wheel

Agree, the alarm installer probably did not put it back together correctly or broke something, or both. Take the car back to the installer, let them fix it.

Thanks. this was actually the fix. They just forgot to plug in the sensors and a few cables under neath the steering. Quick 1 minute fix.
