My guess is that they would be covered under the drivetrain warranty and are not considered a normal wear and tear item. Best bet would be to call a dealer and confirm.
Clutch friction disks are not covered under the 4 yr basic warranty (nor extended). Clutch hydraulics are covered (master, slave cylinder, flywheel). If the clutch friction disk is damaged by some covered warranty part, then the disk too will be replaced, but not for wear/tear.
