Just bought 2008 G37 - need help!

I just became the new owner of G37s with manual trans and it has the technology package. I've been reading lots of different things on this site and have a few questions that would apply to my car.

1. I can't get the car;s bluetooth to view or connect to my 4s iPhone. I called my local dealer and he said I need to reset the computer on the car. I can't seem to find anything in the manuals or on the net to reset the computer. I was going to pull off the battery post, but I wanted to check with you guys and gals before I did so.

2. I plan to replace the spring on the clutch, but I've not found any one selling them. Do you have any suggestions?

3. Please feel free to give me any suggestions or send any links that can help me learn anything about my car. I'm a DIY kind of guy and love to modify my cars.

Also, sorry if there's any posts out there that I couldn't find as my goal isn't to cludder the site with re-post.
