I recently returned my 2010 g37xS sedan for a 2013 g37xs coupe. I ordered the Megan Y pipe off eBay for $189. Anyone have any experience with this y pipe?

GReddy said they don't make the ti-c system anymore and they have what's replacing it called the "RS" in production without the burnt tip look. So I tried calling a few more places to see maybe they have it I'm stock but no luck so far.

Any vendors or anyone know of a place that might have the ti-c in stock?

Thank you fellas! I still need to black out my grill. I added black g37 license plate frames. All led interior and hid's and all the other bulbs changed. Just trying to find this exhaus and I can't.

 

The white coupe is definitely growing on me.

Thinking about ordering this y pipe as well and maybe the MD XYZ pipes to get more vq growl.

 

Yeah I've been doing black, white, black white for a few years now so it was whites turn lol. I wanted to change it up to graphite shadow but they only had black Interior so I went with white/stone. I have tho Y pipe on the way and no idea what to do with exhaust now :/

 

y so set on greddy tic? thats how i was first when i bought my g theirs a vid on youtube i couldnt get out of my head. but to b honest theirs allot of other ones that sound better and look better. explore options ull see

 

I honestly love the sound of the ti-c and the SE. I've been doing alot of searches man and honestly love the sound of these 2. The Megan exhaust sounds pretty good. I was looking into the ARK perfoamce but they want way too much for an exhaust I don't think sounds the best but it is 1 of my top top 3. That bolts right on to my AWD coupe and its a true dual exhaust which are advantages for me.

 

The TI-C is not a true dual.

 

The GReddy spectrum elite is not a true dual. The ti-c is according to all the pictures I've seen is

 

Here's a pic of the TI-C on a G37. It's not a true dual because it has a Y-pipe. "True Dual" means two different exhaust pipes that don't intersect starting from the headers all the way to the muffler tips.

 

Ok that's what you meant by "true" dual.

 

The megan y pipe has has a 3 in outlet and the stock mid pipe has a 2.5 in inlet or smaller. Is that a problem? your going from air flow from 3 in to 2. something in. I ordered my megan Y pipe but this was a concern for me? Does any one have any feedback on this? I know people have used this set up any issues?
