you have to take the bumper off to get those chrome bezels off.

Correct.

OP, first thing you should do it of course get the black fog light rings. The chrome is way too loud for an OB. Paint the headlights instead, as in the housing itself, not the lens/cover.

I completely agree. Mine is BO and all that chrome doesn't look too good, and in your case this is more apparent since your wheels are black. Definitely paint your headlight housings vs tinting the outside. There was a member here that did his fog rings in black chrome, but I can't remember why he didn't like them.

And +100 on the drop, it will look so much better... Other than that, NICE bumper! Did you get it in BO or got it painted?

Yeah, I'm a 20 year old broke college student haha so a year back when i got my car, i didnt have money to get a drop or get the headlights painted. I saved up for a year and have enough for the full all around ipl body kit so i'm definitely going to get that first. Also, everything on my car is plasti dipped such as the wheels and the grill so im probably going to remove that plastidip and now that im good at spray painting, its time to make it into a midnight grille.

I got the bumper in BO so its factory painted and I am getting the sides and rear in OB as well from a friend of mine who works at a dealership. hes getting me both the sides and rear for 1000! STEAL!

Also, i live in the northeast and this coupe is an awd
theres a lot of snow here right now but either way, a drop is not in my budget right now. Im not going to be satisfied with springs so im going to do it the right way the first time and get d2 coilovers this coming spring

Front looks great man! The rest of the IPL parts will all bring it together perfectly. Hopefully the very next step is to drop her... And as for the original question, pop off that bumper, doesn't take very long, and paint those fog light rings OB.

If your buddy works at a dealership, you shouldn't pay anymore than $700 for the sides and rear bumper, anything more is going in his pocket....

If you had the chrome on the bumper still would probably flow ok like Topher above, but since that's the only chrome doesn't really work as well.
