It saddens me to post yet another thread about a wrecked G....

But last night I was driving home in severe rain, getting on the free way and hit a big puddle. Basically within a quarter second of hitting the water, my baby spun and hit a concrete wall head on. Luckily my passenger as well as I suffered no injuries except a few scratches.

Air bags deployed. I'm thinking it's totaled, but I managed to drive the car off the road- seemed to run fine, but **** was dragging and scraping the ground. Both front air bags deployed.

I kind of hope it's not as bad as it looks because I love this car so much... But at the same time I'm hoping it's totaled because I don't know if it'll ever be the same after this..

 

OUCH!! Sorry man. I hope u r okay. How old is this car? If its not a brand new car bought within last few months, I am sure this would be totaled.

 

Even if its a new car most likely it will be totaled

 

Yeah, I'm fine, only real injury is a scratch and bruise from my watch.
It's a 2009 Journey with 61,000 miles.

 

Insurance adjuster is going to look at it Monday morning so hopefully I'll have an answer then
