I got the Transmission update.. all i can say is it was worth it.. but i was concerned with my headlights because it has water spots inside of it.. but they wouldnt fix it because the bumper was repainted.. wtf.. anyway around this?

 

They are trying to BS you...what does the bumper being repainted has to do anything with the headlights.

 

go to another dealer. don't mention to them that you've already gotten it looked at from another dealer. If your still under basic warranty the dealership will replace the affected headlight

Im just going to wait till jan, feb when the new one opens up 20 miles away from me.. its going to be the same owners where i got my car from.. Acura of Reno they are also #1 in customer service for all of Acura.. so i have no doubt that they will be top 5 for Infiniti.

I think he said its prolly becuase its been in an accident thats why they wont cover it. i dunno could of been. but none in carfax.. plus the hood is not aligned its sitting higher than normal.. any easy way to fix that?

 

How would a repainted bumper unequivocally void a warranty for headlight repairs... SMH

I would ask them to explain how in writing.

Kahboom front end accident? when i look at it the lights look like its pushed in a little.. but that could be the bumper was put on wrong too.. ill have to pull it off and see..
Apparently the rear bumper was also repainted corner of the bumper isnt clipping on..
