IPL bumper fitment issue

I was curious if I was the only one experiencing an issue with the IPL bumper. Mine is not latching at the driver's side top portion near the head light/hood. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how did you fix it?

did you transfer the white plastic alignment piece from your stock bumper to the IPL bumper?

Did you put the plastic bracket and the metal piece in the proper place? When you put the bumper back in place make sure you hold it in the middle and put it up evenly across the front end from bottom pushing up, but don't be too rough...it should snap right on as long as bumper is aligned with the headlight

I had that issue with mine on the passenger side. It seemed like that black foam that was in the bumper was more than the sport bumper. I just took a layer off and it fit right into place.

It should line up if everything is in place. Did you crack or break that white bracket by any chance? Tightening too much will cause it to crack since it's plastic.

how big is the gap..can you snap a quick pic, might give a better understanding on your issue...I has a bit of trouble with the passenger side after installing the fogs, because of the new slim tank....

it looks like the bumper is not lined up properly at the headlight. the corner is a bit on top of the light....have put any of the screws yet....if you did, don't...is the other side perfectly flush with the light...there shouldn't be any space in the sharp corner of the light between the bumper and the headlight...

Just place the bumper by pushing the bottom slightly with your legs and guide the top with your hands so the plastic push pins should be lining up perfectly with the holes where the pins go...let know how it goes...

the other side lines up correctly and when I push up on the bumper and push the section into place it looks like it wants to line up correctly but when I let go it goes right back to how the picture looks.

Did you tighten up the bolt that goes on the side? You might need to loosen the other side and see if that side is able to get in.

There is a bolt that you tighten to close that gap. I will to take a picture.
