Moving On But Can't Speak Highly Enough About My G Coupe
Moving On But Can't Speak Highly Enough About My G Coupe
Greetings!
I am moving on from my '09 G37x, but I feel compelled to rave about it. It was the wrong car for me, for what I wanted in my vehicle, but it is/was a beautiful, flawless, bullet proof performer for me. In 33 months of ownership I didn't have even the tiniest problem, zero! It shined out on the open road, and the biggest weakness for me, the auto trans, even became a pleasure in horrible traffic. I wish it had better suited me, but because it didn't, I never felt compelled to do any mods and make it more personal and enjoyable. For most of you, for whom it is a proper fit, I understand your joy with it, as it has few weaknesses. The basic car is a beauty, and a lot of you have upped the ante with some great mods. Hope you all continue to enjoy your rides, and maybe I'll be back in the fold some day.

Sorry, didn't intend it as a teaser. I went to a VW Golf R. If finanaces weren't an issue I would have loved to have kept the G too, but I haven't found that winning lottery ticket yet!
Aww sad to see a another member go. I am going to let my G go also once the stupid 2013 Audi S5 gets in stock. They keep pushing back the release date, but I will be doing the VW family eventually. =).
Seriously? 5,000 miles per month? That is about $1,000 monthly just for gasoline. What do you do that requires that kind of driving???

My work is about 160 miles round trip and it's 6 days a week. sometimes i make 2 trips so that's 320 miles a day. Also i go other places so it adds up which is why i sold the car before i put even more miles on it.
