A couple of weeks ago I bought myself a 2009 g37x coupe 14k miles from legacy infiniti in NY. When I bought the car there was only 6months factory warranty left, so I bought the 3year/48,000mile Bumper to bumper warranty. Does the 3year/48kmile warranty work with other dealerships? I have the high pitch sound coming from my engine, fixed with replacing ECM. Legacy won't fix it because apparently they don't hear it..

 

So our New Infiniti vehicles come with a 4 year/60,000 mile BASIC coverage. They also include a 6 year/70,000 mile Powertrain coverage. Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Infiniti includes a 72 month/100,000 warranty! I'd say the dealer scammed you into getting that additional warranty. Sorry, can't help you with that high pitch sound...Good Luck

I bought mine CPO and it was 4yr 60,000 which on my 08 will be up on mileage this September 27th. I purchased the Full Wrap from infiniti which extends that warranty an additional 3yrs/30k miles ish...

Id say you were fleeced....

 

It wasn't CPO though

the 3year/48kmile warranty was for all the interior electrical stuff/tires,wheels,b2b
the car came with 10year/100k mile warranty for anything under the hood.
