Hello! Im a new G37S coupe 6MT owner and I have an odd noise that I'm wondering if anyone else has...

At idle if you turn the steering wheel slightly to the left and to the right (even less then a quarter of an inch) you almost hear a computer loading sound! (click click click click)

Its so odd.. Im not even moving the steering wheel enough to move the wheels.

Sounds like its coming from under the hood maybe.

I think i hear a similar noise on take off quickly as well?

and ideas?

 

Any aftermarket suspension components??

 

Could be coilovers making noise. Steering linkage problem or maybe power steering but if your barely turning your while it probably isn't ps. What happens if you fully turn your wheel??

 

Actually i've had this also no idea what it was i took it to the dealership they couldnt figure it out either doesnt happen to often tho.

 

No aftermarket parts at all 100% stock.. its very odd and not that noticable...


But the other thing is, as i give it gas and let off my clutch again i hear a similar noise? lol it sounds almost like a computer loading fast as i said before..

has anyone else had this noise?
