Took my wifes IPL to the dealer to replace one of the red IPL seats that had the leather cut short near the latch to put the back of the seat forward. This was a week after we bought it.

Went to pick the car up and noticed a chip in the malbec black paint on the edge of the door, and a scratch in the adjacent part of the rear panel.

Dealer said nothing until I made them come look at it, they fixed it for now, but we may still have them repaint the entire door.

 

IOC will definately take care of everything that they do... I take mycar there for everything I cant do either.

 

Nice of how they took care of everything, but when did it take 2 hours to install lights??
