So I bought my G a couple months back and stumbled across the item in the photos linked below. It was just sitting in one of the door cup holder/side pockets. Does this actually belong to the car or am I right in thinking it's something else that just got left behind by the previous owner?

its actually the piece that covers the exposed wiring from the rear view mirror. it must have fallen and the previous owner just didn't know how to put it back.
