You can get OEM spash guards, all 4, for around $160 shipped to USA from. Add a little more for international I assume.
Riverside Infiniti and Grubbs Infiniti both have eBay stores.

Roof spoiler you will have to search and choose the one you like.

i got my roof spoiler on ebay for 88 bucks painted and shipped... cant beat it highly recommended

i have been searching also. you just need to google g37 roof wing, or roof spoiler, or roof cap.
stillen makes some sick ones. buts its all based on your preference.
