Series of unfortunate events...need help

So today I was installing a HFC, but I was only able to use the vehicle lift until 7 pm so I had to just leave it with one regular cat, and one high flow cat until I can go back and finish. A few hours after I got home I decided to reset my ecu and then everything went wrong...I unhooked the battery and let it sit for a while, then when I reconnected it the car won't start. On top of that the window was rolling down an inch, but not going back to the original position. So I attempted to fix this by using the 15 seconds down, 15 seconds up technique to reset the window. But this just made the window become stuck in the down position. I just tried to jump start the car, and no such luck. Also the windows are just totally nonfunctional now. The passenger won't go down, driver's side is stuck down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I am attempting to stay calm.

well, installing a high flow cat shouldn't impact your electrical system. What did you do down there?

Everything worked fine until I tried to reset the ecu (apart from the fact that the car wasn't starting). After I disconnected the battery, everything started going haywire.

well the ecu is reading two seperate a/f ratio readings from the sensors -- it's going crazy...try to get under the car and disconnect both downstream o2 sensors and try that

I'll try this in the morning. Should I leave the 02 sensors disconnected until I get the second hfc in place?

Also, on top of all this, I dropped a 10mm wrench underneath my battery. Should I go through the hassle of removing the battery to take it out? Because, I'll be waking up early and trying to get my car to start so I can be at work at 10 am. I was thinking it wouldn't hurt anything, but I don't like to make too many assumptions.

sounds like you need to bring it to a shop and have a pro mechanic do the work next time..... it saves the hassle.

the windows are going down b/c sounds like the battery is dead
