I have a 2009 g37X sedan, my rent will end in march. Usually i rent the cars for 3 years. I'm due to change un march 2012.

I don't like to have a new car that is redesigned jsut after few months.

So when the change would occur for the coupe? for those who knows the infiniti cycle.

 

its RUMORED to be in 2013 but my feeling is 2014.

 

The G35 coupe ran from 03 to 07. So I think it's safe to say that 2013 is the most likely year for the next G coupe.

 

Money's on 2013 as well... a few artist renderings I'm hoping look nothing like it will...

If it ends up being a cross between the first and the third rendering I think they will have a winner.............Who knows though it will all be speculation till they finalize the design.

 

Yeah, there is a lot of speculation as far as release and motor options. As I've written everything I hear is a mid-late 2012 release of a 2013 model. Motor options are all over but I would expect a similar VQ platform to be offered with additional hp.

Infiniti is keeping the information close to the hip.

Thinking the middle pic of the "aqua" colored one is the closest, as it looks like the newer skyline sedan.
All the talk about a deal with Mercedes makes it feel like 2014 to me.

 

Would like 2013 or 2014 my lease is up in 2014 but the early exit option will be looked at if the release the new style in 2013.

The good part about leasing or renting is that you don't care about resale value. It won't matter if there is a redesign and you will be able to get a new version after they have worked out the first year bugs. It will also coincide with the roll out of the special sport anniversary IPL edition.
