No the intakes won't help u if ur getting a S/C kit (they have their own intakes).. And since ur planning for an S/C kit, take a look at GTM's kits too (they have a stage 1 and stage 2 kit with more power). Everyone who's had it so far seem to like it...
I also remember an excellent thread here once comparing the two, can't remember the name though, so u might wana search for that one too

in terms of warranty with intakes and exhausts, I believe the rule is if they (dealership) can prove that the problem was caused by the aftermarket part, then its not covered under warranty. Otherwise, it shouldn't be a problem.. Of course, any form of FI would void it

Ill get the exhaust now but the reason i dont want to buy the intake is because ultimately ill s/c the car. But that will only happen after warranty expires.
