i doubt it's the sunlight. just use some sort of cleaner? i'd recommend googone, but i'm not entirely sure how that'll work on our cheap dashboards. i use a swifter to dust off my dashboard (just a thought). in all honesty, i use off the shelf products for my dashboard (meguiars). what's that other stuff called again? aerospace 808? 101? i don't recall what it is...but that stuff's awesome (from what i hear). gl.

Our 08 does the same thing and has 29K on it. Told my wife its time to get a dash cover as its obviously a pos material they used and its becoming sticky and anything you wipe it down with collects the towels fibers into it.
I swear no manufacturer can make a decent dash the sun wont trash and start deteriorating it..

The first thing we bought was a dash mat........................I hate those but being out here in Vegas I really wanted one. I also have a windshield shade. I want the car to stay looking as nice as possible as long as possible. Dashes are one og the first things to go in vehicles.

+1 on the 303 Aerospace Protectant. I use it everytime I clean the interior. You can find it here...
