I got pwned
so I thought I got a great deal on my 2008 g37.. Little did I know this car was a mangle... I imported the g from the states into Canada and then I found all the little problems... The cars had over 26+ warranty claims on the car I've got about 5k left until the factory warranty expires but the biggest issue I have is that my cars always giving me issues and no dealer wants to take care of anymore warranty issues... Ive consulted with a lawyer and he said it's not worth it to presue... I need some help guys I'm 20 year old kid that's worked hard to get the money for this car and now I'm stuck with a very expensive paper weight the car just had it's 4th clutch slave replaced and an abs sensor replaced...What can I do guys??? I GOT PWNED
What do you mean no dealer wants to give you warranty work? That's their problem... Get everything taken care of under warranty and then enjoy it...
Didn't you just start a thread about this the other day?

2008 was the first year of production and they have the most recalls and problems. So a lot of those claims must be the TSBs. If you need a good Mechanic that can deal with this car. Let me know, I live in Toronto as well.
Yeah I got the car back today and they said they no longer want to look at the car and will not warranty it anymore at their shop... I won't think like an externalist... So the life lesson is learned lol... The dealer told me that it's the worst g he's ever seen... Too bad I got ****ed I hope the guy who had the car b4 me is on these forums lol thx buddy now I'm stuck with a $30k paperweight...

Feel bad for what you're going through. But if that car still has some warranty left, Infiniti dealers cannot refuse you for warranty work! That is some BS!! I'd call Infiniti Corporate on their a$$!!

No lemon law in Canada... The dealer said they reserve full right to refuse to do any service on the car since it's an American vehicle... On the Warrenty PDF I read its a bit different and says that the warrenty rules and regulations work as per the regulations of that specific country... So if its in Canada it's Canadian version of the warranty if it's in USA it's the us version etc... But all in all I've had this car for less then 5 months and have had to replace the rear tires 3 times kus the camber is off and lowering it didnt help reduce the positive camber and my camber kit still hasn't come in :-(... I know Gs arnt supposed to be this ****ty but I it's my first major purchase I was better off putting a down payment on a house with that money lol
There are lemon laws in Canada, it differs from province to province. In fact in Quebec there is one even better it's called a legal warranty. It's stipulate that whater you buy, let's say a washer/dryer that you pay 2000$ and is supposed to last at least 10 years and they both break down after 5 years, the manufacturer is obligated by law to either replace them or have them repaired. Same goes for everything else. Even if warranty by manufacturer has run out.
