The cars got P0420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1... The camber is positive no more fixing it without a camber kit :-( I tried putting it on lowing springs to minus the camber but it doesn't help much... They won't replace the throwout bearing noise the car stalls at a stop while the ac is on... The battery is always dead the dash is peeling lol I got fawked lmao

The battery has a TSB, and the dash is a quick easy fix for the dealer. The throwout bearing and the engine dying down at a stop with the A/C on, well, I have those same two issues and the dealer says it's normal. Definitely not normal. I'm pretty sure cleaning the throttle bodies will solve the idling problem though.

Did you buy your car used? How can the camber in front be positive unless it's been in a wreck?

Attack the dealer. They can't do that. As long as you got warranty, they better fix anything that is covered. Get a lawyer on them.

WOW. I'm late to this thread but did you not do a CarFax or CarProof before buying the car? I can see why so many Canadians are so reluctant to buy a US car to import to Canada ... or buy a US-spec car already imported from the US.

I bought mine new in May '08 with less than 50 miles on the odo from a US Infiniti dealership. I figure I might lose some compared to the Canadian equivalent when I sell the car down the road since it has MPH instead of km/h but I have the original bill of sale and service records.

I'm sorry to hear your bad luck ... but you gotta research it if you're gonna drop $30k on a car (or any used car, for that matter). Hopefully a solution can be found for your car. If you're not too far from the border, why not drive to a US dealership in NY and do a warranty claim there?

If you have a Facebook try posting here: Infiniti | Facebook about the warranty issues

A Lot of the time they're more likely to help you out when you post something anyone can read
