Keep the Bike or Supercharger???
So Im in a little bit of pickle with myself. I don't know whether to keep my minntt 05 Gixxer 750 20th Anniversary or get a supercharger for the G. Im not rich enough to have both so I don't know what to do. I am 23 and sometimes feel like I am getting a little to old for the bike and I work like a bizzilion hours a week. I talked to the guys at GTM and Stillen and my bike costs about as much as the charger. Installation won't cost me much at all. If I crash my bike, its over, either I get f$%#ed up or I lose 6 gs. So what do ya'll think? Supercharge that hoe?
The bike is insured ... the blower is not.

There's nothing like that power between your legs! Crotch rockets take the cake all the way.
There's no way you're too old, I'm 37 and I still ride,I love my bike and love my car.
Keep both

I agree with everything said here. Im on my third bike because I did something similar to what you are contemplating. Im on a cruiser now- no more crotch rockets for me... but no car will ever give you the same feeling a bike will. And there will be days you wish you had a bike. I would keep the bike and save up on the side for a supercharger.
Nothing compares to cutting through some twisties on a bike. Cruiser or crotch rocket. Im only 30 and don't plan on giving up my bike anytime soon.

I know where you are. Years ago I drove a TT Bonneville and later a sportster, fun bikes and I miss them. But, there are some real idiots on the road that you can't always avoid. Personally, I'd go with the G, a S/C, and some nice eye candy in the passenger seat if I were 23. ;-)
Weeee!!!!
you're 37 and you have a G37
I have few years to go.

As of right now I'm contemplating selling my DD civic to get a bike. I was surprised to see that my 03 civic is still worth $8000! Just enough to buy that triumph street triple I've been wanting for quite a few years. Haven't ridden since '07 and I'm 35 now so I don't want my riding skills to degrade any more.
I used to have a 600r.... sure everyone says keep the bike but that will change after you wreck it. Just hope you'll still be able to drive your G except then you will have no bike and no supercharger.
