The driver's side mirror does not look like it's planar(flat). It's not the same as the rear view mirror. Is it convex? I can't stand it, it's not clear.

 

One of the first things I noticed when I picked up my 2011 sedan. I don't think it's convex or concave. I think it IS planar. If you look, there is no label as there is on the passenger mirror - "Objects in mirror..."

...it's weird looking into though. Just doesn't seem normal. Never noticed anything "different" about the mirrors in any car as I did first thing on the G.

 

Yeah it's hard to explain how it looks. It's just not normal it's like "low quality" that's the best I can describe it.

 

Just to point out, there are no cars (that I've ever seen) with that label on the drivers side mirror. The "object may appear closer etc" is always (and ONLY) on the passenger side mirror
