Weird problems with my new G

I've had a couple of problems in the last week with my G. It's a 2010 coupe with 4500 miles on it. Last week, after installing paddle shifters, the airbag malfunction light started flashing. I never touched the airbag and didn't remove the steering wheel. Took it into the dealer and the inspected it based on the code, found no problems and cleared the code (I hope they're right).

Then, driving home from the dealership, I stopped to get gas. The car was reading 0 miles left and it was hot outside so I was still running the AC. As I waited at a stoplight, the AC started blowing hot air (outside temp). It didn't get cold again until after I stopped to get gas. Do our cars cut the AC compressor when low on gas? That's what I was thinking, but it did the same thing on the way home.

Everything was working fine for the next few days until yesterday I was driving home, and the AC was blowing cold...it was 85 degrees outside and I had the climate control set to 60 degrees on Auto. Well, the blower was making a lot of noise, but almost zero air was coming out of the vents. The air that did come out was cold. I tried switching it to feet and face, vent, face, manual mode...everything. I tried turning it off a few times and then back on, still hardly blowing any air. This went on for about 15 minutes until I got to a stoplight and turned the car off and back on. Now everything was working fine and it was blowing air like normal.

Seriously, if I bring it to the dealer again they are just going to say everything working fine now and they can't replicate it. I don't really want to leave it there for a week for them to discover the problem, but I may have to. When I brought it in for the airbag issue they put 30 miles on the car test driving it (which is why I needed gas), with ESPN radio on and a sweaty arm stain on the center console. I don't like people d!cking around with my car, just do your job.

I installed them. I mean, all you have to do is plug them in, it was easy. I hear what your saying though, I don't believe in coincidence because all of this started happening when I put them in. But the car is pre-wired for it. I can see the airbag issue being related, but not really for the AC. Especially since it just got hot this week and I hadn't used it before.
